Neurons and Seizures in the Brain

This 5-minute color-along video explains what a neuron is and what parts make up a neuron. It explains what a channel is and how channels help to pass action potentials. We then talk about what happens when certain channels are removed and how this causes seizure activity. We explain what a seizure is and how it relates to the channels. There are coloring sheets provided along with the video. In the video we go through each step and color the relevant information. There is narration for students to follow and color each sheet as the video plays.
